As a Cambridge University graduate, I'm intimately familiar with the unique challenges faced by students at top universities. The drive for achievement can often lead to anxiety, self-doubt, unhealthy comparisons and burnout.
Retrospectively, I can see that during my time at Cambridge, I was equipped with all the tools needed to succeed academically, but I wasn’t provided the opportunity to build my own mental resilience, emotional intelligence, or learn how to cope with a highly intense and demanding degree and, later, career.
