HI, I’M ALICE
When I built my first business, I didn’t realise that I was doing it wrong.
I created a beautiful café by the sea to spend my life surrounded by nature and lead a slower, more intentional life. In reality, I created an unwieldy beast that left me with no time for anything except work, work, and (yep, you guessed it!) more work.
Becoming a mother was the turning point I needed to pivot how I worked and what “success” looks like for me. This doesn't mean I became less ambitious…
...but it does mean that I started to care less about other people’s ideas of success, and instead focused on what mattered to me: what made me feel fulfilled, joyful, and calm in my life and work?
I rebuilt my business to give me more control over my working hours, and more reflective time to make aligned, smart decisions. I worked on my business more than I worked in it, and I learnt to ask for help, delegate, and prioritise.
Not only did this bring me out of overwhelm and into calm, clear-headedness: my team and my business flourished, and I was able to focus on my next move: retraining as a coach, preparing my first business for a sale, and moving from North Cornwall to Oxfordshire, where I now live with my husband, toddler, and insane (but loveable!) labrador.

I use my own experience and expertise in combination with my rigorous coaching training to facilitate you living a life that doesn’t just look good from the outside – it feels authentic, aligned and joyful from the inside.

HOW I DO IT
Your one-stop “swiss army knife” for personal and professional growth.
I combine my lived experience as a mother, multi-founder, copywriter and editor, yoga teacher, social media manager, over-achiever and imperfect human being, with rigorous and ongoing coaching training to create bespoke solutions to empower and facilitate your success story.
coaching
I am a qualified coach and adhere to the ethics and standards of behaviour established by the Association for Coaching “(AC)” global codes of ethics. I take my own training and development seriously, and undertake regular coaching supervision and further training.
mentoring
Where appropriate, I use my experience and expertise to advise my clients in areas that I am qualified to speak on. In particular, I mentor clients on brand identity, social media, marketing, copywriting and business strategy.
copywriting
I combine my experience as a published writer and editor, my degree in English from Cambridge University, and everything I learnt creating copy for my own two businesses, to take the work of copywriting off my client’s to-do-list.
